Nigerian-British Chamber of Commerce
The Nigerian British Chamber of Commerce (NBCC) is a non-profit organization that was established in 1977 with the aim of promoting bilateral trade and investment between Nigeria and the UK. The NBCC serves as a platform for businesses, organizations, and individuals to connect, network, and collaborate. Due to the nature of the services and functions of the NBCC, they needed a library to offer a range of resources to the members of the Chamber of Commerce with a core aim to promote trade and Investment between Nigeria and Britain. Libtech was tasked to deploy an Integrated Library System to perform the following functions:
- To collect and analyze data related to chamber activities, such as membership trends, event attendance, and economic impact. This data influences their decision-making process and improves the effectiveness of the chambers programs and services.
- Manage its membership database, including member contact information, membership dues, and other relevant details. This would help the chamber to keep track of its members and ensure that they receive timely communications and updates.
- Facilitate resource sharing between chamber members to help members increase efficiency and improve their day-day operations.
