The Osun State Polytechnic e-library is a USPF initiative (Universal Service Provision fund by the NCC). The Universal Service Provision Fund (USPF) was established by the Federal Government of Nigeria to facilitate affordable telecommunications services for greater social equity and inclusion for the people of Nigeria, especiall in rural, un-served and under-served areas in Nigeria. Osun State Polytechnic e-library was developed to serve the academic interest of all the Polytechnic students, staff and the generality of the Polytechnic community.  Since the deployment by Libtech team, the library has been providing the institution with access to source and utilize thousands of electronic resources on a single directory.
